“This is Cornell GMMA’s second year, and I am so excited and encouraged by how far we have come. GMMA has been an immense blessing – I have met so many brothers, sisters, and mentors who I can not only share life with but also serve alongside. I am able to witness His love through everyone I meet. For this upcoming year, I hope that we may be Salt and Light here at Cornell by encouraging one another to fight for faith and living missional lives on campus. I’m so excited to see our chapter grow and to witness the great plans God has in store for us!”

“Hi I’m Janice, and this is my second year as Cornell GMMA’s VP! I’m SO EXCITED for this upcoming year! Last year, it was clearly evident how God was blessing us and moving us in ways we didn’t expect. Wrapping up our first year and going on the August Honduras mission trip, God gave me a clearer vision for our chapter and how we can be faithful followers of Jesus as students and future health professionals. This year, I hope the Spirit will mold us into a community that shares the love of Christ with each other and our campus!”

“It is a privilege to be a part of Cornell GMMA and learn about what it means to live out the Great Commission in missions and our daily lives. My passion and excitement for Cornell GMMA just continues to grow by God’s grace and plans for our chapter. My vision for Cornell GMMA is to not be salt and light but that we will be strong, courageous, and loving in Christ and have the heart to share the Gospel with many who do not know Him. I look forward to work with new members and going on a GMMA mission trip with other GMMA chapters to glorify our God, king of kings!”

“I’m just really excited to see how much more we’ll grow as a body and in which direction God will take Cornell GMMA. It’s been a really good past year serving for GMMA, and every member’s excitement for the club has made the experience so much more fulfilling. I hope we can serve another year in GMMA with faithful and Christ-centered hearts. And that everything we do, we give all the glory and thanks to Him.”

“God was so gracious to Cornell GMMA when we were just starting, and I believe that He will continue to be gracious to us as we move forward. He is still molding and shaping us, helping us to grow in our walks with Him, and convincing us of His love for His people. That’s why I’m so excited to see what He will continue to do through GMMA and how He will work in the hearts of our chapter members. God is TOO FAITHFUL and I hope that our members will fall deeper in love with the Lord and be confident in being salty and lit for God’s kingdom.”

“Hey guys! This past August I went to Honduras with GMMA and absolutely loved it. Despite being a healthcare organization, GMMA doesn’t lose it’s core identity in Christ. My vision for GMMA in Cornell is for us to edify one another through sharing life together and to serve our community as one body. I’m excited for us not only to grow in numbers, but also to grow in a deep love for one another as a chapter so that we may love and serve those on our campus.”

“Hi everyone! I joined GMMA just last year (freshman year woo), and I’ve stuck with the org ever since because I love the genuineness of the organization and the fact that it is unashamed of shining the light of Christ in EVERYTHING it does. I’m super excited for our chapter’s second year looking forward to the spiritual growth of our brothers and sisters at both Cornell and all the other new chapters in the East Coast!! :)”

Salt and Light Groups!

We have started Cornell GMMA accountability groups called S&L groups! The purpose of these groups is for members of the chapters to get to know each other by sharing meals, hanging out, talking about their weeks, sharing prayer requests, etc. We hope that this would be an edifying way to fellowship and lift up one another (:
