Care of Building and Equipment
Please note that exhibitors or their associates must not damage or deface the walls or floors of the building, the exhibit space, or the equipment of the exhibit space. Nothing shall be posted on, tacked, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture.

Thursday, June 27 5-8 pm, and Friday, June 28, 8:30-10 am.
The Exhibitor booth hours are noted on the main conference schedule. The Exhibitor areas will be CLOSED during ALL Plenary Sessions (no exceptions). The Exhibitor Hall will be closed and locked no later than 10 PM on Thursday and Friday.
Saturday, June 29, 6 PM or earlier as needed.
Times may be subject to slight change. Please be on the lookout for any email updates.
Note: Please pick up and throw out any noticeable trash in and around your area. Please remember to take all your belongings.
Sales
Exhibitors are permitted to make sales in the exhibit area only. Obtaining the appropriate licenses and/or permits as required by law, collecting and remitting sales tax, and complying with any other legal business requirements are solely the responsibility of the exhibitors.
Parking
Parking is available at the conference venue – Bethel Church
Security
The Conference will not be providing security. Therefore, exhibitors are solely responsible for their own exhibit materials and should insure their exhibit against loss or damage from theft, accident, vandalism, fire, or other causes. The exhibition hall will be secured during closed hours for security.
Use of Space
All demonstrations or other promotional activities must be confined within the limits of the exhibit space. There must be sufficient space remaining to contain conference attendees visiting the booth to participate in such activities. Exhibitors may not move any furniture without prior consent of the Conference. Exhibited items are limited to goods manufactured or distributed by the exhibitor in its regular course of business. Interference with the light and/or space of other exhibitors is prohibited. The Conference reserves the right to require an exhibitor to alter an exhibit on-site if necessary.
Snacks and Drinks
There will be snack table inside the exhibition hall for the exhibitors to enjoy.
Transportation
Transportation services from Holiday Inn will be provided via shuttle.
Mailing Lists
Exhibitors may compile a mailing list by direct solicitation of persons visiting their booth; however, compiling a mailing list of conference attendees from any other source is strictly prohibited.
Meals for Exhibitors
Exhibitors may pick up meals 30 minutes prior to mealtimes. Exhibitor Registration includes the following meals:

Shipping
Shipping and insurance of displays are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Restrictions
The Conference reserves the right to restrict or dismiss any exhibits that become objectionable because of noise, method of operation, materials, or for any other reasons. In the event of such a restriction or eviction, the Conference will not be liable for any refunds or other exhibit expenses.

Fee for the Exhibit Space: $350
​Exhibition Size: 8’ x 8’.
You must provide your own tabletop display or standing display.
Standing displays should not exceed 8' in width

Placement
Booth placement has been selected by the exhibition coordinator based on the order of registration.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellation. In the event of a flood, fire, strikes, riots, civil commotion or other uncontrollable circumstances
that render the exhibit area unfit or unavailable for use, all monies paid for exhibition space will be refunded.
